About Mark Mallon

Mark Mallon is an inspiring and experienced global business leader. He is a former CEO, Board member and global pharmaceutical executive, with a 25+ year track record of bringing transformative medicines to patients and building successful US and Global businesses.

Mostly recently he was CEO of NeoGenomics a cancer diagnostics and information company. Prior to that, he was CEO of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Boston. These roles followed 25 years of with AstraZeneca, a leading global pharmaceutical company. He held multiple senior executive roles globally and in the US, China, Japan, and Italy. Currently, he offers executive advisory services to biopharmaceutical companies, private equity and venture capital firms and

consultancy organizations.

Mr. Mallon has always demonstrated a commitment to supporting his local community and improving access to healthcare. Examples of his commitment to communities include: former President of Rebuilding Together in Philadelphia, Board Member of the Christiana Care Health System in Delaware and sponsoring the launch of Healthy Heart Africa program

while at AstraZeneca. 

Mark enjoys spending time with his family traveling, cycling and learning how to play Pickle Ball and Mahjong.
